Titanic Manpower Supplier Pvt. Ltd. is an active and responsible member of eminent bodies who observe a strong code of ethics. We commit to uphold this Code of Ethics & Standards. We support the principles set forth below and acknowledge that compliance with these principles is in the best interests of our candidates, employees, client organizations, and the reputation of the search, employment and staffing services profession.

Confidentiality and Privacy

We observe the highest principles of integrity, professionalism and fair practice in dealing with clients, candidates, employees and all regulatory authorities; and respect the confidentiality of records in accordance with law and good business practices. We ensure permission has been obtained and documented before disclosing, displaying, submitting or seeking confidential or personal information. All Company information must be used solely for the benefit of Company and never for personal gain.

TITANIC provides leadership in the adherence to both the spirit and letter of all applicable human rights, employment laws and regulations. We treat all candidates and employees with dignity and respect and not accept an order from any client that is discriminatory in any way. Intellectual Property – Ours and Others

Intellectual property is a valuable business asset. We respect and protect all intellectual property, whether it is ours or belongs to another individual or organization.

No Improper Rewards, Gifts, Entertainment and Sponsorships

We operate our business with high standards to maintain our reputation for fair and honest dealings. Bribes or other means of obtaining undue or improper advantage are not to be promised. Cash or cash equivalents, such as gift cards,are never permissible gifts.

Fair Business and Promotion Practices

We take pride in the quality of our services and committed to competing fairly by employing ethical business practices. We strive to present only accurate and truthful information about our services in presentations, discussions with clients, our advertising, promotional literature and public announcements. We not restrict the right of a candidate or employee to accept employment of their choice.

Accuracy, Retention of Business Records and Documents

We value honesty and trustworthiness in all areas of our business. All business information including business and financial records must be reported in a timely and accurate manner. Financial information must reflect actual transactions and conform to generally accepted accounting principles.
